CONSUME HEALTHY DIET:

Healthy snacks rich in nutrients can prevent an individual from oral diseases. It makes your gums stronger. Munch on snacks such as healthy fruits and vegetables, nuts and cheese.

VISIT DENTIST REGULARLY:

48-50% people with gum diseases do not visit the dentist in the entire year. Visiting dentist regularly saves you from unexpected diseases of the oral cavity. Professional cleaning and regular dental examinations prevent oral problems.

AVOID TOBACCO CHEWING OR SMOKING:

Smoking and chewing tobacco are extremely harmful to oral health as well as body health. It can result in gum diseases, heart diseases, oral cancers and different other types of cancers.
